Instructure: Welcoming our New CEO Steve Daly to the Canvas Family

Today, I am reaching out to share news about the newest member of our leadership team, my new boss: Steve Daly, Instructure’s new CEO. 

Steve will be joining us on July 1, and comes to us with more than 25 years of experience in tech. Most recently, he was the CEO of LANDESK/Ivanti and has spent time over the course of his career with tech brands including Avocent and Intel. He is an active member of the business community in Utah and has been named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year as well as the Utah Tech Council and Utah Business CEO of The Year. Steve has a long-standing track record of thoughtful and successful leadership and I am excited to learn and grow working closely with him. I am most excited about his personal approach to both leading a business and understanding customers. He has already asked a lot of very good questions about you, our customer base, in an effort to serve you best. I will make sure you have a chance to interact with Steve over the coming months.
